Stakeholder involvement is a key feature of EMPOWER. Thus, WP6 is a cross-sectional action that will ensure the engagement of stakeholders in the research process promoting wellbeing and health in the workplace for all the employees and in particular for those who are at risk of developing a mental health problems as well as the identification of best implementation strategy for the uptake, and eventual translation of research findings into practice.
It will also identify implementation strategies relevant to the uptake of the EMPOWER eHealth application, including a realistic appraisal of barriers to uptake as well as evidence-based solutions to these barriers.
Finally, WP6 will create a policy brief with recommendations to facilitate the uptake of the EMPOWER program.
