Quantitative and qualitative assessment of the EMPOWER platform, including cost-effective analysis
WP Leader: EUR >
This WP is aimed at analysing the effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, usability and acceptability of the EMPOWER platform. The effectiveness analysis will take into account the intention-to-treat approach, and analysis will be conducted stratified by gender and other relevant sociodemographic characteristics.
A micro-cost study will be conducted to estimate the economic cost of the EMPOWER platform. Then, cost-effectiveness will be determined from three different perspectives: societal, employers and employees’. Qualitative methods will be used to identify potential facilitators and barriers for the successful implementation of the program in the workplace.
Assessment of the impact will also be conducted at the company level, with absenteeism data from the company. Finally, an impact analysis will be conducted.
